What is the Alberta MB Conference?

As a group of Mennonite Brethren churches in Alberta, we are members of a larger family of MB churches in Canada, distributed into provincial conferences and ministry partners (i.e. camps, colleges, seminary and mission agency).

We work collaboratively wherever we can for greater impact in supporting the local church in their mission disciples of Jesus Christ.

Governance

ABMB is a “charter” organization, enacted through an Act of Legislature. This document provides ABMB with a wide array of opportunities for fulfilling its mission. You can find a copy of our “operating constitution” here.

The Bylaws operate as a set of agreements between the Board and the Constituency. It was most recently updated in 2022.
